The category "Participant" refers to presenters, authors and attendees.The registration fee includes:

. Transportation to/from the Social Events (when needed)

The category "Students" refers to University & graduate students, researchers and Ph.d. The registration fee includes:
. Attendance at the Conference
. Conference Kit (tote bag & proceedings - SAE Technical papers)
. Coffee Breaks ( 2 x each conference day)
. Social events (Welcome Cocktail & Informal Dinner - Gala Dinner not included)
. Transportation to/from the Social Events (when needed)

The category "Session & Subsession Organizer" is reserved to the organizers of the sessions. The registration fee includes:
. Attendance at the Conference
. Conference Kit (tote bag & proceedings - SAE Technical papers)
. Coffee Breaks ( 2 x each conference day)
. Social events (Welcome Cocktail - Informal Dinner - Gala Dinner)
. Transportation to/from the Social Events (when needed)

The category "One day fee" refers to those who want to attend just one day of conference. The registration fee includes:
. Attendance at the Conference
. Conference Kit (tote bag & proceedings - SAE Technical papers)
. Coffee Breaks ( 2 x each conference day)

- Rates are in Euros, excluding 22% VAT.
- Early bird deadline is July 14^th,2025 (23.59h)

- The registration fee is based on the date of the receipt of the registration form and the payment in full in accordance with the deadlines set forth (see above).

- Payments must be received within the deadline reported in the registration form. Should one deadline be missed, the next applicable fee will be charged automatically.- The registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment in full.

- Only fully completed registration forms will be accepted.

> SAE members must send their affiliation number together with the registration form.

> Students must send a copy of the student card or a letter of approval signed by the university tutor at the following email address saena@stems.cnr.it

- Students MUST provide proof of full-time status (copy of valid student ID card or letter from affiliated institution head or program director) at the following email address saena@stems.cnr.it

- Gala Dinner is not included in the student fee but it can be added during the registration process as additional service. The cost of the dinner will be added to the registration fee and it will not be mentioned in the final invoice where you will only have a total amount for the registration. In case you need that this cost is reported in the invoice, please write us an email to saena@stems.cnr.it
